Delivery & Collection

Yes, Melbourne customers can collect their order directly from our showroom. Please contact us after placing your order so we can arrange this for you.

Yes, we deliver across Australia.
Deliveries under 5kg are sent via Australia Post, while heavier orders are handled by Direct Freight Express.

  • Metro areas: 2–7 business days
  • Regional & remote: 5–14 business days
    We generally dispatch within 2 working days. Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier selected.

You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Check your order within 24 hours of receiving it. If you find any damage, take photos and email us immediately. If the item is visibly damaged on arrival, please refuse delivery.

Not at this stage. Currently, we deliver Australia-wide only.

Products & Warranty

If an item is available to add to your cart, it’s in stock. On rare occasions where online stock doesn’t match our physical stock, we’ll notify you straightaway.

Yes. Selected products are covered for up to 10 years. Warranty details can be found in our product page or by contacting our team.

Return & Exchange

  • Change of mind: Returns accepted within 30 days, provided items are unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
    Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • Faulty items: If your order is faulty, we’ll cover the cost of return freight.

Yes. Online Store credit can be issued for eligible returns and is valid for six months.
