Meet the toilet that thinks for you. The Fienza Sona Smart Toilet Suite (KS100) brings intelligent bathroom technology to Australian homes without compromise. Designed as a back-to-wall suite, it pairs a sleek ceramic pan and cistern with an integrated smart seat — delivering 13 automated comfort and hygiene features controlled by remote, foot sensor or side knob.
From the moment you approach, Sona responds. The foot sensor opens the seat cover automatically as you walk up, and closes it after use. A powerful hands-free jet tornado flush activates with a wave of the foot. Rear and front bidet wash functions deliver personalised hygiene with adjustable water temperature, spray pressure and nozzle positioning. When you're done, warm air drying finishes the job — no paper required.
Heated seating takes the chill out of cold mornings, with four temperature settings adjustable via the included wall-mounted remote. The self-cleaning nozzle runs a 60-second purge cycle automatically. A soft blue LED night light illuminates the bowl — practical at night, quietly beautiful any time.
Rated 4 Stars under WELS (4.4L full flush / 3.1L half flush, 3.3L average), the Sona delivers genuine water efficiency alongside advanced bidet functionality — significantly reducing paper consumption too. Energy-saving mode activates after 10 minutes of inactivity.
Available in three configurations to suit your existing rough-in: P-Trap, S-Trap 90–160mm, or S-Trap 160–230mm. Installation requires both a licensed plumber and a licensed electrician — the unit can be hardwired or connected to a standard 240V switched power point within 1 metre of the pan.

Installation Notes
Installation requires both a licensed plumber and a licensed electrician. The unit can be hardwired (concealed wiring) or connected to a switched 240V power point within 1 metre of the pan. Cold water connection only — do not connect to hot water supply.

Yes. Simply use mild, soapy water and a soft cloth to clean all ceramic and seat surfaces. Avoid harsh chemicals, acids, or abrasive brushes. The unit is IP44 water-resistant, butdonot spray water directly on the seat or plug.

In the event of a power outage, the toilet can still be flushed manually using the cistern half-flush button. Once power returns, all smart functions will resume automatically.

The Sona smart toilet comes equipped with two forms of backflow prevention; an inbuilt air gap and installed dual check valve. In the majority of installation situations, no additional backflow prevention is required. However, an RPZ device may be required under local regulations. Please check with local authorities to confirm if a RPZ valve is required for your specific installation.
